oh man i noe i havent been blogging much.. haha getting bz le..

london trip: pics will b up soon i guess.. i took so many.. n need x4 cams.. so shi mu yi dai...

special thks to zq who showed us rd.. n lh who gave us his rm.. too bad nv c u all on sun.. juz come up soon k? n we'll show u 2 rd...

ok.. step by step of my london trip..

we went leamington took train down to reading n change to another train to paddington.. shdnt haf la.. cuz it ended up being longer.. at paddington we went scouting rd for places to stay.. decided against it n went hyde park..

hyde park was overrated imo.. like ok lor juz a park.. haha.. speaking of which.. rather glad i din go lse (no offense lh zq) but there arent anywhere in lse for them to play sports -- zq hadta go hyde park to play football.. n hyde was like across thames n on the other side of central london fr their accommodation..

n den we went to buckingham palace.. the exterior is juz so square n boring.. unlike the dome shape one which i tot it was supposed to b.. (the dome shaped one looked more like st pauls cathedral).. we took lotsa pic at the steps n statues etc in front while waiting for zq to come..

n den we went to st georges park n green park (is it? i cant rmb names).. where we were fasinated by ducks n pigeons.. haha i tink i muz b to happy to b in london n seeing zq.. cuz i became a bit heck care n went to feed the ducks.. expected them to take the biscuit off my hand n eat it; but they cuz chewed on my hand with the biscuits on top.. haha pain sia.. but nt unlike xiao hei chewing on my fingers..

n den i tink im getting the order mixed up.. but anw we say the big ben -- which wasnt working.. haha i was taking a pic n commenting on how nice it was with both hands at 1200 exactly.. when i realised tat it's 1+.. its only later than i was reading lh's newspapers tat i realised tat it was undergoing the most major renovation/reconstruction since it was built n wun b operating that day..

n den there was tragalfar square.. n downing street (which is under reconstruction-- many thgs r under reconstruction when we went)... n guard square (or sth like tat).. there was all the save the children/stop war against iraq etc banners all ard one place.. cant really rmb where it is..

n then we went chinatown.. cuz we wanted to get les miserables tix.. queued for quite a few but they only haf the 2 most ex tix left.. but ya we managed to get tix at 15 pounds.. oh got a bit jealous when zq said tat on wkdays if they go n buy tix like 1 h b4 the show starts, they can get really gd tix for juz a fraction of the price..

n den finally it was time for food. tink it was like 2+ 3pm already.. went to this all you can eat chinese food place for 5 pounds.. n den met up with lh.. who brought us round again..

we went covent garden.. i was really expecting a garden garden..b ut it's juz a place with shops etc.. n richard was v happy cuz the royal opera house (is it?) was there.. n went on to spulrge on stuff.. i cudnt resist either cuz qy will love EVERYTHG that's in there.. wanted to buy a post card.. v plain juz a ballerina doing one pose.. den saw tis long postcard with a lot of ballerinas in the same pose (not v qi2, but let me tink of the cny syf dance tat u all did.. w/ e tap shoes).. n den richard managed to convince me to buy the whole set of swan lake postcards for u cuz it's relatively cheaper.. oh well..

n den we walked to thames river to london eye.. wanted to sit it.. but so many ppl n supposedly v ex.. so suan le lor.. was more amused by all the busking ard.. haha.. so european feel.. yes im still a tourist..

n den we were all dead tired.. went to sit at macs till the time to watched les miserables.. the show was fanastic!!! :) haha nth to say abt it.. (or rather pressed for time trying to finish tis b4 my lessons start).. anw after the show we went to soho (a supposedly red light district but there was nth interesting other than clubs n bars). lotsa halloween parties ard n u can c ppl all dressed up with fake wounds etc..

n den we took tube down to tower hill (fyi. we've been walking everywhere till now).. the tube was undergoing construction too we think.. cuz it's like stripped down to the bare metal wires overhead.. anw.. went to c the london bridge (which is horrendously neon red) and tower bridge (which has a nice cinderella feel to it)..

n finally we decided to go to lh's place to stay.. n the walking continues.. lolz.. n its damn lucky tat the pizza place near his place was still open in the dead of the night (it muz have been like 2am including the extra hour gained).. n so we ate n xuan bing duo zu n took over his room... n zzz.. shall tok abt sun another time..

anw.. it's freaking warm in london.. so warm tat i can go ard in a sleeveless!!! n ended up feeling immodestly dressed cuz i've been so covered up all tis while.. n it's freaking cold here..!!! i m wearing 3 layers n freezing still.. what's tis? n the sky darkens at 5pm.. omg.. opps im whining le..
