okok.. time to blog.. hee i know i havent blogged in a long time..but well... haha brief updates

let's c.. my dhl packaged arrived on 9th jan tho i sent it out on 23 dec. n the inductor cooker my aunt sent me was spoilt.. so i emailed them.. n then they r giving me 91 pounds compensation

been cheongin work since i m back.. the exam, followed by computing hw, and then ubs sponsorship essay (ya the 3000 word one) and now gg to do merill lynch competition.. phew.. its a busy jan..

found tat my eng standard has degenerated until dunno wad lor.. sigh.. took me SO LONG to finish the ubs essay.. n its nt good.. bleah.. doing too much math le la.. cant think n write well (nt tat i was anywhere near gd to start with).. cant imagine how i will lose out in the future when my short brief reports are put nxt to those law/arts students who can write really well

hmm.. it's One World Week at warwick tis wk.. its like 9 days of performances, partying, talks, forums etc to raise awareness abt the world ( or at least tats wad i tink).. anw.. the only talk tat is really really interesting is the human trafficking one.. n melissa kwee fr UNIFEM singapore was a speaker too.. the rest sorta flew over my head or i m too tired to focus n listen n understand (again back to studying math.. no need to think like this!!).. yupz. theres a talk on happiness later.. interested in it cuz i did SO MUCH research on quality of life (tats my ubs qn. how shd quality of life be measured.. write 1000 - 5000 words bleah).. so yupz here goes

one world week's quite fun la.. many free movies.. watched osama n spare parts.. hmm neither are like wad i had expected.. hhaah note the free! the other thgs need to pay so yupz i m nt gg.. felt like going for the world buffet.. but it costs 12 pounds.. :(

on top of these.. i m taking part in malaysian night.. will b performing dikir barat (bet u guys dunno wad tat is).. its a performance where we sit cross legged on the floor sing song n clap n do actions to the drums.. doesnt sound fun but IT IS!! haha when i go for it tat is.. been bad n ponning it whole wk.. haha ponned cuz lazy to go lor.. it's 9-11pm mon - fri.. rather tiring leh.. den go back to rm bathe hair dry 1am lor..

n i got flu!! (or as jenny says - try a aristocratic/condescending tone - 'No, if you have caught a flu, you will be in hospital and not here. You have caught a cold').. oh well.. hates it when she talks to me like tat.. but nvm.. anw.. it started w/ 2 days of sore throat, n i was absolutely sure it'll worsen n i'll lose my voice start a cold n get flu (or cold).. BUT it miraculously recovered n i had 2 days of good health.. n den nose started getting blocked n voice became very weird.. :( i sound better now but nose is starting to run and headaches becoming more frequent.. so have i recovered or nt?!

(n y i no time? cuz i spent 7 h 2 sundays ago finishing up my computing hw.. and ard 7-8h last sun doing my ubs sponsorship -- n missing a super gd talk apparantly.. BAH!)
