congratulations, i think i have just failed my first paper here

writing tis in word.. cuz the (*#Q$&^*@ internet wun work. well done. Cant even fa xie the way I could

anw.. back to my paper.. the lecturer has tis weird way of marking. the total amount of marks is 70, but the test only counts 50. so if u get 55 marks, u only end up with 50. but if u get 44 marks, u get 44. so yup wasn’t too worried even tho tis is 50% cuz technically I haf 20 marks for error..

and also, there are several type of qns, and I noe the method to do them. Technically.

Was quite ok until my 3rd qn. The auxiliary eqn is x^2-4x+5 = 0. I’ll need to solve it b4 I can do anythg else. Hmm.. discriminant = -1 ie no solutions.. ya right. Anyone can tell me tat squareroot of -1 is the complex root i. and tat is exactly what I shd do. But no I was tooooo caught up in my stupid real numbers that complex numbers din even cross my mind. And to think I m a math student. Ya right. So since I was sooo certain that it must be a real number, I went back to check my working of 1 line, ie the line abv, ie I did nth wrong on top, n I gave it up.

Yes so like I duno 10 marks gone. After tat really nt in a mood to do anythg. .muddle thru the matrix – too much calculation.. simple thgs to find determinant eigenvalues etc.. thgs I did in A levels, but as usual I cant factorise anythg n I cudnt solve (now to think back, mayb all of them weren’t nice rational numbers and I probably got the bulk of the working right). Which doesn’t amount to anythg cuz the working is juz a small portion..

Anw.. so I finished a grand total of 2 qn out of 5. and parts here n there.. and I cudnt think properly cuz I was leaving so much blanks and I was fed up with myself n feeling fidgety and my leg is starting to hurt again.

Ha n I tot I cud end up with an overall of 75%.. now hard ar. If it juz depends on 1st term work probably I can avg 90%. But now.. sigh.. hit 71 xie tian xie di ar

The internet is REALLY NOT WORKING.. and my computer still happily say LAN connected 100 mbps..

Sigh.. I wanna bathe n curl up n sleep.. but no gotta study.. bathing is supposed to be relaxing.. today it’ll probably be excruciating inst. whatever..

well the only 'good' thing is tat the guy in costcutters cant count and gave me 5p extra. n i used up whatever brain cells i haf left tat r operational to count tat hey he gave me the wrong change

but i wud haf gladly gave him all my change for today to be better
