the nice nice vision of a hk trip/interview juz kanna shattered :(

ubs hk din call me back (and to think that i JUMPED outta bed early tis morn after having only 6+h of sleep thinking tat she'll call). so i called her la. then as usual my skype doesnt work too well. so i called her again using richards skype. and then she said oh actually i haf yr no i'll call u back >.<

hai and all she wanted to know was where i wanted to apply to. cuz i did 2 apps for ubs, one for europe london, and one for asia pacific (and i shd presume hk). and i did an online test for singapore ubs (i think tat was for a winter internship but its too early n i dun wanna argue). so basically her call is to 'double reconfirm' what i wanted. eh seriously 'double reconfirm' is a bit of an overkill n she use it 5 or 6x -- in a 3 min conversation.

ya.. and she was saying 'if you look carefully, you'll see that you can only apply for 1 location in 1 region'.. duh i noe tat's y i did TWO apps rite? haha.. but well anw.. so it was 'not a rejection call, i juz wanted to double reconfirm'. so yupz she withdrew my asia pac app lor.

hai so cheated. i spent more time wakign myself up and waiting for the call than the call itself.

n of cuz i went back str to sleep (ok fine i din really sleep sleep till 830am) and ponned more classes and slept till 11am ;)
